In 2012, Catarina moved to Vienna, Austria, one of the world's most important opera centers, where she had the opportunity to study under the guidance of renowned teachers like Grace Bumbry whose mentorship profoundly influenced her artistic development. In Vienna she further her studies in Opera and completed her formal education in 2019 at Vienna Conservatory.

During her time in Vienna, Catarina Maria Lorraine not only honed her vocal skills but also immersed herself deeply in the operatic repertoire. Catarina made her debut in several demanding roles, showcasing her vocal versatility and dramatic presence.
